I don't care to know the particulars, but then again, I don't have an SMB or order.
What is amazing, is looking through the history on the provided link, you can see what a money making machine the legal system is. All kinds of filing fees, and repetitive court actions all of which drive lawyer's fees into the stratosphere.

Right you are, Herb. It doesn't matter what the issues are, or who is right or wrong, or what other concepts may be involved, the lawyers always come out the winners. The whole system that allows this to be makes me sick.
