This is already available from Sportsmobile for $2 gazillion dollars.

Actually, the prototype Lunar Rovar was featured (but dead last) in the Inauguaral Parade last week, driving down the street in front of the presidential reviewing stand, preceded by a lone astronaut carrying the flag and dressed in a full moon suit.

It was very cool.

Those aren't EVA's, they're EVPP's (Extra Vehicular Porta Potties).
