The Westy will likely break down tomorrow and you'll spend a few hours/days crawling around under it. The dog will likely throw up inside the van at some point and it'll smell like it for a few days because it's summertime in California and it gets hot here. Oh, which means that you're probably hot as f$%k at night while you're trying to sleep because these things don't have AC. Finally, at no point during any of the previous happenings did your girlfriend prance around in a perfect bikini and strike yoga poses on the roof of the van. Not. Once.

All that said, I'll be out there this weekend looking for that perfect sunset and trying to find a place down by the river that isn't filled with partying teenagers or weirdos.

Totally, it's all about the strategically placed half naked girlfriend. I've seen enough of their photos. And her ass. No wait, I don't believe I seen enough of that... I better follow their Instagram.

They mention 'live in a van down by the river' like it's a bad thing!

Red herring but I have a friend in southern Oregon who is *trying* to date and complains half the men there live in RV's down by the river... Like they're not good enough for her dating gene pool

As for arctic traveller: YES you'll be hitting the road again when you inform your wife that you found a bikini model and a better camera

Just wait until gas goes up to $5 a gallon again. That vanlife bubble will burst. And they'll be back to their parents basement again. #basementlife.

I wouldn't be silly enough to just spring this on her, so we discussed it yesterday. She reminded me that I'm retired now, and don't need to make a living traveling with a bikini model. I mentioned that I would be willing to try it for free, but she just gave me that look I know so well. It's the one that says, "sure, go ahead, and be sure to let me know how it works out for you." 30 years ago it might have made more sense, not so much these days, but a fella can dream can't he?

The most liked of their photos are the ones with the gf as bare as possible.

And sex doesn't sell...

Then they can post pictures of bikini yoga by the rusty water heater.
