Primer Nationals - Ventura Labor Day weekend

For any of you in SoCal, Labor Day weekend are the Ventura Nationals, which many people still refer to by its old name of Primer Nationals. Good old school car show. Lots of rat-rods and cruisers.

Re: Primer Nationals - Ventura Labor Day weekend

sounds great. How big of an event is it? Went to the web site and saw the link page and some pretty well know companies associated with it.

Love camping on the water if not already booked up

Re: Primer Nationals - Ventura Labor Day weekend

Last went about 2 years ago, and my unscientific recollection is that there were 100+ cars.

Here's a link to someone else's pics I found from a few years ago.

Camping on the water? Kinda-sorta. There's an RV campground not too far away. A little further up 101, you can RV camp but it's more or less a frontage road not too far off the 101, along with the road noise that comes along with it.

There's camping along the beach south of Mugu rock, but there you're right off of PCH and its road noise, though it should be much less than the 101 noise.
