Sightings in AZ - on I-40 and in Sedona

I was on I-40, heading west from Gallup day before yesterday, when a monster SMB -high lift, tall tires, tricked out for offloading - and I forgot the color, maybe white? - passed me doing at least 80. I was wishing I had the diesel at that moment. Since he had three different colored batches of jerry cans on his roof, I figure it's safe he was a diesel, carrying water and maybe gasoline for a generator. Either way, he had more horses under the hood than my 5.4.

Today, leaving Sedona in the A.M., I passed a white SMB and we each gave each other a quick wave. If you're on this board, that was me in the white Quadvan with all the crap hanging off of it.

I love the secret handshake.

Onward.

"secret handshake"? Why don't I know about the dang secret handshake? How much you gotta spend on your van to be in on the secret handshake? The only handshake I get is when my hands shake pulling all that $$$ to pay my Sportsmobill$. Oh yeah, they shake a little when I'm trying to explain to Christine.

I'm talking about having two seconds to whip your head around, throw your arm out the window, and shake it so that the guy in the big rig going by in the other direction has time to do the same.

I had a similar thing going with other Wagoneer guys when I had my Waggy.
