SMB friendly recipes

I am interested in starting a thread, or better yet, a wiki where folks can post simple to cook, easy clean-up recipes they have come up with. I'm trying to get a sense of the interest level in the topic and where you feel it would be helpful to post.

Re: SMB friendly recipes

Ok, we had a recipe competition at one of our Sportsmobile Rallies, and here is the link to the complete Sportsmobile Recipe Book:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/hx85wpe6yjz6c ... okbook.pdf

We placed this in a drop box that you all can access as it is a large file. Please try the Rack of Van, the Tread Lightly Tortilla Soup, SMB Snow White Chile and an all time favorite Pop-Up Paella .

We have some others favorites, but you will have to met up with us out on the trail for those top secret ones!

Cheers,
