SMB Sightings

Followed a gray Sportsmobile Sprinter 4x4 144wb with Florida license plates down I-70 to Denver and around C-470 yesterday (Oct 2nd). We waved from our older white SMB Sprinter.

Hope you got to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather and fall colors this week. We stayed in Summit County and hiked Peaks Trail from Frisco to Breckenridge in short sleeves, shorts, and sunny 70 degree weather. Amazing!

I've seen this van a couple of times when visiting a sports massage place nearby in Southwest Portland.

Somebody in Turlock Ca? Man it was a 6.0 and had a large exhaust by the sound of it.

Saw this van awhile back on the bridge going into Vancouver Wa. Looks like they ran the exhaust to double as a heater inside the van!

I have seen a gold SMB 4x4 along the beach communities in San Diego over the last week or so. I ride a bicycle to work along the PCH and have seen this van a number of times. Last night it was outside the Pizza Port in Solana Beach.

PBS series Nova episode Rise of the Mammals follows a group of paleontologists seeking fossils and shows them heading out for a dig in what appears to be a lifted 4x4 E350 RB. Excuse the crappy pix.
