Re: Stolen from my driveway!!!

The Fumoto valve is great!

It is so far under the van that I wouldn't worry about someone opening it. I mean, how many vehicles would they have to crawl under to find one with a Fumoto valve? And then, would they know how to open it?

It is so easy to drain the oil into recycling containers, not into the a big drain pan, then pouring it into the gallon jugs.

And then what do you do with the oil (aside from setting out for the neighbors to steal)?

This area of CA has curbside recycling of used oil. Otherwise, I would take it to Advance Auto for recycling.

Yeah, we bought a house that had carpets that were saturated with dog pee. Couldn't get the smell out so we had to tear up the carpet and put in new stuff. Put the old carpet and pad out in the driveway while I looked for a place to rent a truck big enough to haul it all off.
Came out the next morning and it was all gone. That really pissed (pun intended) me off. Confusing being mad and happy at the same time.
