Tillamook SMB Sightings

Wow, it's been a busy couple of weeks with local Sportsmobile sightings.

July 4th Weekend: White, older SMB southbound on Hwy 101 at Fred Meyer
Thursday, 7/14: Met SMB Forum members REF and MKRyan at Nehalem Bay State Park
Saturday 7/16: Saw a nice looking silver SMB in the Tillamook Cheese lot. You pulled out headed north before I had a chance to say hello.
Thursday 7/21: Saw a beautiful, Baja Tan SMB heading toward Portland eastbound Hwy 6 about 5 miles west of Banks.

Hope you all are enjoying your travels!

Re: Tillamook SMB Sightings

It was great to meet fellow forum members. What a surprise to see REF (Rick and Alex) stop by at our camp site and glad they let us know you and your family were coming up to Nehalem for a visit.

We had a good time meeting everyone and visiting. We left Friday and headed south toward Newport/Waldport area but made a stop in Pacific City along the way. It was just going to be a quick trip to see an area we haven't been to for a while but ended up staying for three days before finally making it farther south.

Had a good time on the coast before heading back to the high desert. If I get ambitious, I'll post some more pictures. Here is one of the SMB on the beach just north of Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock.
