Ultimate adventure vehicle?

http://www.adventure-journal.com/2009/0 ... amper-van/

As an old Syncro guy, I have a soft spot in my head for these things. But, as a Sportsmobile guy I know it's not true.

Re: Ultimate adventure vehicle?

The article was written 4 years ago which explains the "low" price of $18,000 for a syncro. In today's market, you can't even find a syncro for less than $20,000 and the ones that are that cheap are either beat to death or rusted out.

Cool video!

That dude walking around the Syncro made me nervous, though. It's good to have a spotter, but that's getting kind of close.

Great river crossing footage, too.
