Re: Well, I Swallowed the Bitter Pill. Adios Amigos.

Doesn't OSHA require handrails on steps that high deminimis??
We're on the beach now and planning a trip south. Let us know of any firm dates and a place to meet up ifin you're still of a mind to get together.

Anyone else thinking of heading south, come on down, the weather is super!!!!!!
16" of new snow at our place the day AFTER we left - now that's good timing....

Re: Well, I Swallowed the Bitter Pill. Adios Amigos.

I was thinking around the 19th for a meet up around B. Conception? Coyote perhaps even? We're easy. Was thinking some days in that area for sure as we didn't make it there last year. After that, its all open as we slowly beach-hop our way north.

We'll have occasional email down there (very occasional as you know) at GN our first night in-country (16th). We'll have good connections until we cross on the 16th I suspect. 17th and 18th at La Ventana at our buddy's place, internet is sporadic I think. The Mexican cell phone thing confuses and scares me, so email is the only opt. No CB in this rig yet. That might change if I have time to get it together. Well, I have a portable I bought in 5th/6th grade. Yes, I saved up my pennies as a young tike during the days of CW McCall and The Bandit to buy a CB. Doesn't exactly get out very far, so not worth worrying about I guess.

I wanna get down there so bad... maybe even further south. I'd love to go when the roosterfish are showing up daily... I'm gonna have to schedule it when you "Experts" go back down there. Hate to get lost with my wife and kid

Lost?? Guys don't get lost, that's why we don't ask for directions. However, if "temporarily unfamiliar with your surroundings," all you have to do is go east or west for a bit to get back on track.
