What's it worth??

I'm looking at a 1992 rb350. It was converted by Advanced Four Wheel Drive in SLC. Good looking van, dark grey, black wheels with Toyo 285/65/16s, large roof rack, yakima rocket box, side ladder, light bar with Hella lights, billet grill, tow mirrors, custom sound system, custom interior under construction as a home build. The only issue is that it has a v8 460 engine with 240,000 miles and its in need of some work or replacement. Don't know what a van like this would be worth or what I should offer. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
