Thanks MG, I'll check into it. A dial type gauge for tach sure seems more fitting.

A quick crummy picture of the rig as it looks now. Added wheels and tires, roof stuff from my last van, brush guard, and running boards.

tires are BFG KO2s on 17 inch MB wheels which are Americas Tire/Discount Tire's house brand. Running boards are Steelcraft purchased from Real Truck and the brush guard is the Big Tex from Go Industries. Dirt is from Oregon...
I'll say that I've had an opportunity to spend a lot of time in the van on snow and ice with all we've had here in Oregon since I bought it. Traction is excellent and the Stabilitrack seems to do a good job. I've also been really impressed with the BFGs.
I've also added a Pioneer head unit with Apple car play and rear DVD for the youngans. I plan on swapping out the super slippery vinyl floor for carpet soon. Also got a light bar and some flush mounted LEDs for the bumper on the way as well as some seat heaters per the wife's nagging-I mean request.
I'm really happy with the van and continue to enjoy the way it drives. Only bogey that I'll mention so far is the sliding door. I just don't like it in general, and of course it doesn't open very far now with the tires sticking out the way they do. The seats pop out much easier than the Ford set up, which fits my needs really well. I picked up 2000 lbs in Portland this past Tuesday and drove out through the snowpacalypse that evening. The van did awesome and I was really glad to be in it.

Looking good. Interestingly, your van looks a little lower in the rear than my GMC 3500 Quigley. I need to get under mine and check the rear springs. I haven't looked specifically to see if if has blocks. It does have the Agile RIP.
Your cab interior looks like mine too. Didn't notice anything different between 2008 and 2015.
