A little polishing

Picked up my van on Friday from UJOR.....no I did not get the 4wd treatment....I had a new front suspension installed on my 1997 561k mile van. Needed to clean off a few bugs and decided to do a little polishing. The reflection is my supervisor JADE

567,000 miles?! Wow, rock on

Looking pretty good, too.

(Just curious, which engine do you have? I have a 1998 V-10 and I sure hope it takes after your van!)

The tires are 305 70 16 BFG's
Chris installed the front suspension brakes from a 2014 under her. I have 2" over sized coil springs in front, rear is stock
The 305's fit with the stock springs, but I wanted to give the van an even stance

I will try to post the front end alignment

FRONT LT ---------- FRONT RT
actual------------------------------- actual
0.4 camber specified range 0.0-1.0------ 0.8
1.4 caster specified range 2.0-7.5------ 1.8
0.04 toe specified range -0.10-0.16------ 0.03

FRONT
actual ---------------- specified range
-0.4 Cross Camber -0.5-0.5
-0.3 Cross Caster -1.0-0.0
1.3 Cross SAI
0.07 total toe -0.19-0.31

REAR
-0.08 Thrust Angle -0.50-0.50

As you can see the Caster is off -0.6 on the left and -0.2 on the right from the minimum.

These are the #'s we came up with after doing an alignment. The van runs straight, does not pull any but does like to follow the groves in the road easily. Am going to give a single steering stabilizer a try to see if it helps.
