Why they never sold a diesel Ranger here is beside me. Cool camper.

Australia has some of the coolest campers.

Yep, a diesel Ranger would have been a good seller here. 2.8L PowerStroke if I remember correctly.

Well built with diamond plate cabinet doors. If I did not have my SMB I would want one.

It looks like it was designed to be used in a hot dry climate. All the external stuff would a bit tricky to use during a cold rainy day.

Lots of good ideas but I'd pass. Not a good winter white water gear haulin rig.

we dont get any of the cool diesels from anybody here. toyota has a slew of diesel powerplants theyve used for years and years that we will likely never see. ive even heard subaru offers a few diesels. a 2.8 ps sounds pretty badass though, never even heard a word about one before this thread, lol.

i dont remember which badge it was, but when i worked for a local speed shop the owner went to japan to load up a container and brought back this itty bitty little 3 cylinder turbo diesel. iirc, it was from one of the kei trucks. either way, it was cool as hell.

Cool ideas! I tend to think it would be an epic yard sale (sail) in the wind.
