Happy Birthday to our Sprinter

Five years ago last week we picked up the bus from SMB West. What a great adventure it has been! Almost 80k miles, 18 states and I don't know how many campsites. And we got to meet a whole bunch of fellow adventurers. Maintenance cost $7600 (that includes 2 sets of new tires) but doesn't include parts like a lower passenger seat and a Mercedes conversion. We are

still on the original Sprinter battery and the original Deka AGM battery.

This is the bus in August 08.

And this is now.

Don't know how many people we have told about SMB but if I had a nickel . . .

For 80k miles and 18 states you don't have anything near enough pics in your gallery.
