Actually, it's funny when I bought my tractor the SMV triangle came up and the salesguy offhandedly said something about I'd be lucky if I could keep it on. I dismissed it at the time, but the other day I noticed one of the two bolts had disappeared and it was upside down. I looked at the second bolt, backed off from vibration and realized that a lock nut or lock washer would totally keep that from happening. It's a wonder to me- known issues with simple fixes just ignored.

Don't get me wrong, the SMBs are great. Just a heads up if you hear something go clunk, pull over and find out what happened.
