Oh man my selective memory just past right over the de-lamination issue, so It'llll have to be moved up on the tick list. It'll be something that gets checked out right away. Thanks

If you get a new tank, have an aux fuel supply tube put in for a future heater. Something in the 1/8" or 3/16" is good. Also have it set lower than the quarter tank mark.

Is that so I can add a Espar D2 heater? This was in the plan, so I can sleep in the rig when up Skiing or just plain winter playtime.

Yep, I had Aerotanks add two pickups when they made the tank for us.

Re heaters - I have vascilated between D2 and D4 for a year. I finally ordered a D4 this week. Once I get it installed in our CCV top rig, I will post up my opinions, hopefully I orders the right one. We sleep with the top up so we have a large amount of space to heat. I think if top down is the norm for someone then a D2 would be more than sufficient.

Our plan is to hit a bunch of ski resorts in February with our 7.3 rig and Mountain Collective pass. I do not want to be cold! But also do not want over kill. We will see!

Yep Aero put an input in mine for a potential future heater if I want. Dunno if I'll use it but I'm glad to have the option.

Looks like a good find. Enjoy the maiden voyage and happy holidays.

The black trim i'm assuming is Rhino Liner or similar? Great mod!
Having our rockers/wheel wells RL'd was one of the best mods we've done.
