Yes, rolled through Monday am.. Was disappointed to not see nearly as much wildlife as I had a couple years ago.. Although that trip through I rode early am, tons of moose and elk traipsing about.. This time was late morning.. maybe they were napping.

Re: Lucky

Hey Rob, it seems I typed up a post the other day and it never sent. I was wondering if you could measure from the floor to the new roof with the top DOWN? Also, I'm wondering how much storage space you have from the bed to the top with it down. It seems like I had about a foot but I had the higher TV style top. If you've got pretty good room up there to store bedding and stuff I'd love to know.

Thanks

Almost 62" inches to underside of top (but that's with SMB floor, 'marine' coating, and carpet.. So Over 62" from bare van floor. Definitely enough room for pillows, blankets, sleeping bags et al, which is one of the nice features. And probably enough room for a little more.. I intend some type of over cab storage, just haven't figured out how that's going to work yet.

Re: Lucky

Thanks. We stored a ton of stuff in our overhead, but it was at least a foot, on top of mattress, and also from the floor to interior ceiling in that van was at least 5'6" because my wife could stand up in it. It's really sweet to have that storage. You can basically put anything soft up there. Coats, towels, and of course all bedding, which really frees up your cabinet space too. I recommend soft things for the back section in case it ever comes forward in a panic stop, but overhead you could store a grill or stove, bag chairs, etc. My overhead was mostly taken by my son's mattress and bedding but it was still nice to have.

Raising the top:

(I accidentally cut off video before the top is fully raised, but it's close enough).
