Wow, that's some serious, slippery looking mud. The guy who shovels the car wash probably doesn't like you much.

Rally I'm guessing choosing that route was a calculated risk and that you have a higher risk tolerance than most of us!

So many SMB winches never get used. Not Rob's!

I had to look up Robs photo albums to see the mud pictures he posted last night. His photos get a 'Best Of' vote from me right now- truly living the dream!

When people in my neck of the woods admire HellBetty, I TRY to describe a rightfully outfitted 4x4 E350 like Robs- but fail miserably going by the gaper looks on the locals' faces. Except when a young man with a tall boy truck steps back with a calm face and listens to me tell it, I know HE gets it :-)

Sure, I knew there'd be some mud.. but maybe not quite as much as I found.

Worst section as you can kind of see from the photos was where there had been logging.. screws up the water drainage and it all ended up in the road.

I'm hoping for a heavy rainstorm, but after near non-stop rain for the past few months, it's supposed to be a dry week.

That guy might be me.

An hour, 100 quarters, and one slightly perturbed car wash owner and my van is mostly clean. More in depth cleaning at home this weekend.

Slightly perturbed? I'll bet next time they see you coming, they turn off the water.
