Just a few tidbits on the conversion. I opted to have Oregon Spring build a leaf pack; there are no blocks in the rear. In addition, I have dual shocks on each side in the front (they are Bilsteins, which is standard from Quadvan).

Before the van had even arrived in Portland, I ordered a RIP kit from Agile based on my experience with my last SMB, which was a Quigley. It was night and day with that rig after the RIP kit was installed. The RIP kit for this van was backordered, so it couldn’t be installed by Quadvan, and I had to have it shipped to my home (it arrived a week or so ago).

I thought for sure I’d need the assist from the RIP kit on this Quadvan. However, after driving it for nearly 2500+ miles, I really like how the van drives and don’t have any plans to add the RIP kit anytime soon. I am, so far, super pleased with the work that Quadvan did and how the rig drives and handles (both on and off pavement).
