Just entered this new territory of Vans! If only we had known sooner! We have only done a few things so far, more to come hopefully. Just installed bfg Ko2. 265/70/16. They look awesome and don't rub a bit
I think right now we're just going to keep the interior the simple. Well, a DVD player and probably do some sort of shelving/storage in the back. We are going to put a rack on and possibly an awning. We love the top tent idea though. But for now this is our family tow vehicle, so we still have to fit four kids and a dog or two. Not to mention this is my wife's daily driver!
Fender flares all came in so they will go on this week or early next week.
I put the pop top on for me and the wife..but honestly I love our ARB room and awning so much on last truck camper if it was just me and my 3 kids we all bunked in the room vs climbing in and out of the upper bunk.
I think the 2500x2500 arb and deluxe room was less than $600...and way more user friendly and more common used by my crew.
Mine is set more toward the back so we can open the side door. Some folks with the standard length van put it more forward and open the door and unzip the inside panel to make it one big area inside the van and out.
