I was wondering why I never seen sand plates (ramps) with the vans until today.
It is a must have in my opinion when you go overland in sandy areas.
They work great. Have to be cautious not leaving a gap under when you install them otherwise they will bend.
I have been using the same model in sand and mud with light and heavy weight 4x4 without any problem.
