New To The Fold

Hello all.
Lurked for a while and its time to post up.
Just getting comfortable with my new E350 QuadVan.
Thanks John and Blaine. Very sweet rig.
Third van I have owned, second custom.
A Penthouse top comes soon - my appt time has been set.
As a NW owner, Van Specialties will be doing the interior.
My rig will not be the usual SMB, rather a 4 captains puller.
Looking for a long ownership and many questions to boot!

V10, manual hubs, floor shift transfer, posi rear, E locker front, 4.10's, air bags, winch.

Cheers, Friends.

Sliding door too, that's on the rarer side. Take lots of photos!

Re: New To The Fold

Welcome! Seems that the NW is catching up with the California SMB population. Where is Van Specialties operating?

Re: New To The Fold

Nice rig! I'm impressed with how cleanly the winch fits in the stock bumper.

That winch is stealth!!! Nice work.

Thanks for mentioning van specialties. I am going to call them and see if they can retrofit my rear bench seat for headrests (RB50) or some other safety items for my kids.

Re: New To The Fold

Very nice van. I've got the 4wd campervan lust now that the kids are out of the house.

Re: New To The Fold

SWEET...mines a Quadvan with a slider..love it. Did the interior myself so it is rather spartan. Isn't it nice to spend your $$$ with folks who are craftsmen?
Nice color. Please send pics of the interior as it comes together.

Re: New To The Fold

You are correct dhally. Yes you on the 640ADV & my Scrambler, both getting parts in Enterprise lol.
I plan to be in Hells Canyon next year.

Van Specialties is in Lake Oswego (Portland Or). Established and a viable alternative to others.
I have a clean idea for the interior which could be finished by Christmas (I've been good this year ;-) )
A slider door for in the city use when you can't open the side by sides...

Penthouse roof going on 10/25!

Currently going through Lassen/Tahoe & Death Valley on a no main roads tour.

Thanks for the compliments!
