Those were made by Westfalia for Airstream and according to this website, only 250 were imported to the US. I bet they're fun to find replacement parts for.

Reminds me of a middle aged guy with a bad toupee or a combover. I can understand the function, but it just doesn't look right. That, and I'd hate to drive, or park, that in a serious cross wind.

those tires look pretty tiny
cross wind driving......

and
for sure they could not have gone camping with

My understanding is the Sprinters are actually very stable... heck I think a normal factory high top looks like it would flop over on a minor grade. It's probably not nearly as bad as it looks, although it does look scary-bad. The tires look like they should be screaming in pain too.

This is like making fun of Sarah Palin. So are the stairs to the second floor in the back or what?
