Our New SMB

Last Friday Dec. 4th we went down to Fresno to pick up our new SMB and made it back home in Rohnert Park, CA by 8:30 PM. Averaged 15.1 MPG driving 60-65 MPH.
Today I start filling the SMB with camping and recovery gear.

Hope to start doing some one nighter camping soon to work out any bugs.

Woody

Re: Our New SMB

Nice upgrade to Sonoma County.

I came up behind a white SMB in Rohnert Park tonight. Thought it might have been you but it had a license plate on it.

Re: Our New SMB

Looks nice

What's on the roof?

How does that rear toilet work? Looks like holding tank directly below a marine(?) toilet??

Re: Our New SMB

Steve,
Looking at the front of our house it looks like a fleet dealer, all three of our vehicles are white, easy to keep clean and a lot cooler.

LenS,
The black thing on the roof of the PH is a Directv antenna. We have always depended on a small weather radio to know what is going on with the weather, mostly out in the desert. So we just went all the way. Now we can watch the weather channel. It also may come in handy if we rained out for several days.
You are right on the toilet, the black water is directly under the toilet.

Re: Our New SMB

Hey Woodbee, I met you at SMBW in October when I picked up our new van.
Good to see yours is done. Very nice looking rig there.
Maybe see you on the trail sometime.

Re: Our New SMB

Thanks Harry, they are all great looking rigs, I thought so sense the first one I ever saw.
Thank you to all of you with your complements. For us it's a once in a life time thing.
