FedEx Express had a bunch of them. They were Quigley conversions.

I was driving by and saw the guy getting out I think getting a coffee. I drove around the block took a couple and tried not to get caught. Not sure if it's a big deal but maybe he would have been upset. Maybe I will see it again. Custom made bumper up front. Looked like it had been off roaded a lot.

That bumper looks like the Warn pu bumper that Salem-Kroger modidied to fit my van, without the headlight brush guards that I have.

Maybe it is a S-K conversion?

Looks like it might have some sort of rocker panel protection/slider installed as well. Of course you'd knock off, or get hung up on, that hoop step.
