Since I seem to be posting a lot of mechanical stuff lately, here's a picture of why we bother to keep these things working.

Technically this was on the way back to the road from the campsite, but this is more or less the view I managed to wake up to after finding a spot in the dark the night before.



After a cold night, just off of 120 south of Mono Lake, this past December. I really need to install a non-electric heater if I'm going to camp at those altitudes in winter.
