I hate when that happens, though more often than not, the 'leopard' in my case is a drunken camper who can't find their own camp.

Wow. I just read the Congo to Congo article in Overland Journal (2019 Gear Guide issue) and was wondering if that was you and your van traveling with the author and his Jeep. Looks like it was. Props to you all. That was a serious journey.
