Re: The Yeti (My first Post as a SMB owner)

You might have seen from another post. I received a SUP/kayak and need to add a roof rack. This was my solution:

Rear view

I went with Yakima Wide Load brackets mounted as low as I could. I am pleased so far. I will need to tension my springs for the added weight.

Re: The Yeti (My first Post as a SMB owner)

Good day. I figured out that if I turned the SUP/Kayak upside down and use just foam, I can get it into the garage without taking it off. I also checked the spring adjust and it seems to have worked. Top stayed up tight.

Installed the 10 inch Baja Design Bar I purchased at EXPO. I like the look and will try it out tonight.

Its a Boy!!!

Well I found out The Yeti is a girl. She just had a 270 lbs bouncing baby boy.

I had been wanting a run about and this one popped up on Craig's List super cheap. Before anyone goes there, the seat was that way and will be change if not for any other reason than my tires getting slashed everywhere I go. There are a few minor things I need to work out, but it runs well and I am enjoying playing with it.

Some might notice my new small propane tank added as well.

Re: The Yeti (My first Post as a SMB owner)

Thanks. A friend had a extra seat, so that problem solved.

Looks like the new weatherstripping I added keep out the dust from Sedona worked great. My wife and I also found out that sleeping down with the foam I added for the top worked great.

Hey Waymon, I was just telling my cousin about our Sedona trip yesterday! Thanks for all the tips you gave when we ran into you on that trip.

Btw, my wife just informed me that we need to update the kids passports. Check your calendar, we're probably going to do a trip down to the Sea of Cortez around Spring Break...

Glad to help Mark. Let me know the dates and maybe I can follow along. I have my new passport card. I would need to check into insurance, but ready to go.

Waymon
