UPLOAD

I finally have some pics in my album thanks to charlie56 who kindly came to my office and stood over my shoulder and led me through the process. WOW....it feels so good to be able to UPLOAD.
Thanks charlie56....I'll drop a nice bottle of wine by your office.

Great job Chris. It's nice to see another Transformer-ish conversion out there. Mine's all by SMBw, but it started as a custom conversion by the previous owner, and then I had it converted into more of a Transformer like model.

Congrats Chris.
I like the cusotm Galley that you build. What is under the microwave?

Also tell us about your custom steps and how you use them with the hinge. do they lock up and down? When you go over boulders how will you have the steps?

Wow Chris the van looks great. You have been a busy bee. I can wait to see it in person.

Thanks for the compliments. First, I didn't build the transformer unit in my album. I saw it in an owner converted van being worked on at Quadvan in Portland. It was VERY industrial and heavy duty. Thought it might give some of you DIY folks some ideas. That's a plastic folding step under the micro.
My steps "should" move up and out of the way if I hit something. They are heavy and hopefully will come back down under their own weight. I've only traveled about 20 miles in 4wd so they are untested.
