Seems like a great fit for you and you are champ doing dad and mom duty for a little one. Kids need good parents!

Any reason you haven't checked out Agile Offroad for a conversion since you're in SoCal? If you're looking for onroad comfort in a 4x4 they are at least worth making a call to.

Here's someone in SoCal selling a Camburg lift kit. Could be a way to get some ground clearance if/when you go 4x4.

I mean to say you could get some ground clearance with this kit until you decide if/when you convert to 4x4.

Sorry not expert pictures

We're not rock crawling in Moab

We are not up 20 miles of dirt road. I did not have to lock my Hubs or worry about the washboard

In the picture is my version of a dual sport bike

But so far I have a solid five hours of one-on-one with my three-year-old :-)

This thread is full of AWESOME! Way to go Dad. With your age differences you can nap together - I AM JOKING!!!! Kids "checking out" as they grow is true. My kids are 18 & 20 now. Seems like yesterday they were 3 & 5 - YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING!

That looks like a great rig!

Thanx SA
Are usually nap with her but I hate getting up a second time because I'm cranky [emoji33]

By the way boys and girls in no way do I disrespect the cool off-road places that a SMB can go

My current plan is to run the wheels off of this thing for a couple three years

And when I hang up the Spurs get a vehicle like a tiger for us
