Wilson 2.0

Will be picking this up next week
Perfect for me and Ellie my 3yo baby girl

(Mrs. Wilson bounced when Ellie was 6 months old, she has limited time with her, I am Mr. Mom....Love all of it but real labor intensive LOL

19 foot, can park in front of my crib

V8, 2 wheel drive
Rental unit from CruiseAmerica
Sold to private party 2 years ago

For me, the fact that is is 19 foot and can park in front of my house is a big deal
Will stay packed and gassed up. Will be great to hit the beach 10 minutes away with Ellie and hang out. Fixed the problem of a daytime nap when at LegoLand, Disney or Zoo. Even great when visiting family or friends, can nap her out and not be a chore. (I hate it when she is cranky with no nap or little sleep)

I have looked at Weldtec, $5,000 for a suspension upgrade
Will See

Ujoint turn key is $20,000
Not today
(However my next choice is a Tiger, but thats $120,000 out the door...)
IF i did do a Ujoint it would be for safety and comfort with unimproved roads and snow. Not a rock crawler here LOL.

I will have $35,000 into this by the time we hit the road the first time.
Minor tweeks, remove decals, full interior detail including shampoo cushions
Full maintenance and fluids. Probably new skins too. Of course will have the Spring Loaded Pith Helmet rack and a Hula Girl ;-)

We are back in Vegas after a two-year stint in Wyoming.

Good looking rig! Been a couple posts about the Majestic around here lately. Glad to see somebody giving one a try and sounds like a good fit for the family!

Look forward to seeing your progress.

Thanks buddy

To take road trips with my daughter and national & state parks and historical sites I probably don't need a rock crawler LOL

Something that's always brought up
Is that the Rick will shake itself if you leave the highway. I have not read the post anywhere that someone's small RV got shaking to pieces by going down a couple miles of washboard or torn out the plumbing underneath.

Sidebar question:
A brand-new fully loaded sports mobile, Solar Aluminess front and rear roof rack, four-wheel-drive.
I'm pretty sure were tipping the scales over 100 grand

Is that correct?

I've drug my travel trailer down many miles (possibly hundreds) of rocky dirt and washboard roads. It's holding up fine.

Likewise, I'm sure all of the former Cruise America rigs have already been exposed to more than you can ever imagine If it was fine when you bought it, I'm sure it'll be fine with whatever you throw at it.

Off-road parts start at 1-minute:
