Bill Burke 4x4 adventure van course Anza-Borrego Date Feb. 8-10, 2019

Hello all,
I emailed Bill a couple of months ago about repeating the class from February.
He is looking to finalize his schedule and I wanted to reach out to the group.
We need a total of six people and he will keep the cost close to the previous class.
I asked him about combining Sprinters and other vans--or if they should separate classes.
January or February would ideal for me.
Thanks.

Very interested, likely in if the schedule works out. How much $ was the last one approximately? What was his feedback on Vans and Sprinters together vs. separate? I have an E-350 and my first choice would be to go with similar vehicles (assuming the Sprinters, etc might be more limited in what they can do?)

The last one was $775.00
Sounds like everyone that has taken the course said that it was well worth it.
I'll let everyone know what Bill's availability is and we can pick a date.

I have a 2011 E350 and I'd be interested as well. Especially if it's specific to the Econoline. No offense to the Sprinter folks. I just want to get my money's worth.

This is a great idea, and I proposed a similar outing for 4x4 sprinters, but have been having enough fun w my new van that I haven't gotten around to following up with the organization yet

Support the idea of doing a course specific to a particular platform. Those with upgraded sprinters (e.g. w sliders, armor, suspension) can post up here and I will check back with you when bandwidth permits:

For that much you could pay to get recovered just saying. Really it’s about what not to do and how to get out if you do. I know badlands does a great job of this for way less because I have taken it and it’s going to make you rethink how to do things. I have lots of recovery skills and he helped me understand pulleys and how to pull myself out backwards with my winch on the front. Yes smb thinks I should weld up the crush joints before I do that again.

Disclaimer
I have never done Bills class and I’m sure it’s good for those that want a weekend of fun getting off road to learn what they can get through.
