Fuel Price Gouging

I am interested in what people are seeing for near immediate price hikes for fuel after the Saudi’s Refinery bombing/disruption this weekend?

No change in SE Wisconsin that I've noticed. Actually, it's down ~5% from a week ago.

20190915: Chevron diesel was $3.29 per gallon in Reno, Nevada. Not the cheapest, but quality.

Seems normal here in Colorado. Our oil isn't from the Saudi terrorists

So far no change. $2.499 for RUG on Friday when I filled up (in Portsmouth, NH). Same tonight. Hard to say if we'll see much change. By releasing some of the US reserves, prices should stay fairly stable - which is the reason why those reserves exist. At least for a little while until they can really get a handle on the extent of the damage and how long production will be stopped. It's sometimes amazing how "production stopped for 6 months! The world's going to END!!!" can turn into "eh... we're mostly back up and running at a reduced capacity in 6 days after we bypassed the damaged areas..." But the former makes for a better news story.

For better or worse, "where" our oil comes from doesn't mean a lot when it comes to prices since prices are set on the world market and we are now selling crude oil outside of the US.

Diesel is going (on average in my town) for 3.79-3.89 a gallon. Been that way all spring and summer. Gas has been all over the place.
