I made it to Toroweep in two-wheel drive. I did get stuck at the very end of the trail, but that was because I wasn't paying attention to the road. If I had been looking I would not have had a problem. If the road is dry, you will not have a problem. You can see how low my rig was in these pictures. My rig is the silver one with the metal running board and flag:
