how many midwest/mid-atlatic folks? Allegheny PA spring

Howdy Folks!!

Im curious to see how many folks are midwest and mid atlantic on here?? I wanted to extend and invite to everyone and give them a heads up that Im gonna be posting events/meetups thru the year..

Im on several of the overlanding groups (and EXPO) and I do at least one trip a month somewhere within the midwest/atlantic (Im central ohio so 6-8hour drive can get me into garden of the gods illinois,petosky/UP MI, assatatauge island MD, all of IN/PA/WV/KY/TN)

We hit allegheny on a route I planned and it was AMAZING...also several routes in eastern ohio have been HUGE hits..and the trip to Monogohela got postponed due to cold weather and work this winter...

some of the trips we did this year..all were big vehicle friendly with only light branches (my truck is a DD and work truck..cant beat it up)

Very interested. I live about three miles out in Lake Erie. As soon as the ferries start I am in.
Thanks for the invite.

WHAT!?! OK, that sounds really cool for your living area! Hate to ask, but that sounds like a place the rest of us would want to come and spend some time in our SMB's.....sooo is it rural, an island of houses only? My wife and I have been wanting to drive out to where St. Lawrence Seaway meets the first Great Lake and follow the shore line through NY, OH, up Michigan over to Mackinaw area, then follow Superior shore line to Duluth, then back home to IA....your location has sparked our interest in that trip again! Love to hear more!
