Ooooh teaser indeed, looking lovely! I suppose you passed Mt Robson already- it always called my name

Music in Missoula sounds fabulous! Had friends in a bluegrass band there some time ago- also Big Sky Mud Flaps swing band.... great music town great winter time dances up at Lolo Hot Springs, cured any cabin fever.

Looks like the Top Hat cleaned up nicely- many good memories, Robert Cray played there VERY often, EVERYBODY danced. Also saw David Bromberg and so many good shows there

I was at body shop yesterday to have the owner Dave look at my side window that leaks (it has a non-Ford window replacement and I need to address leak before replacing carpet with flooring). He promised to get it done next week in timely manner in case I need my 4WD for winter weather- hee hee, I TRIED to explain your arctic return trip and van - his eyes just glAzed over and his eyes rolled back trying to comprehend what your E350 4x4 rig would look like!

Still limited to one photo at a time, I'm open to ideas if anyone has one but meanwhile I'll do this the hard way. Anyway, If you have ever been here, you will recognize this spot.

The salt on the road brings them down to lick the pavement. Fortunately, they are easy to spot against the white snow I also saw a black wolf, but he was quick as a fox and was camera shy.

Looking good so far! Too bad you didn't come through Vancouver as we are heading out camping just north in the mountains and hotsprings in a couple days!

But your route is gorgeous and will just keep on getting better. Have fun and thanks for posting!

Cheers
David

Seeing a black wolf is always good luck.
