Looks like we'll be coming in Friday late afternoon. Can anyone tell me about how long the drive is up from Jackson? Yes, I know I can Google map it but I'm looking for an 'accurate' answer in average Friday traffic.

if you asking how far the drive is from the town of Jackson to the campground its about 12 miles 15 min.

Thanks Ron, that's exactly what I was needing to know. We will probably spend the afternoon in Jackson before coming to camp, that way we won't be back to town and can spend more time in the mountains that weekend!

We expect to be there mid-day on Friday, as long as buffalo and other obstacles don't hold us up. I have been working hard on new additions I can show off: two more batteries under the van, screen door, electric step, arm rest, Airtabs, graphics inside and out, and more.

We're hitting the road tomorrow! Looking forward to a relaxing week in Colorado before we get to Jackson.
I just looked at the weather and the low is 32 next Thursday night! That's as far out as it will show me, but looks like great weather, highs in the 70s. It was 95 here yesterday. Also FYI for those who haven't been to the NPS Teton campgrounds, NO SHOWERS!!!! Come prepared. I know most SMB types do, but this was a concern for my wife since we'll be there a few days. Anyway, just an FYI for everyone.

Just got off the phone with Mike Ledtje (aka Ford_6L_E350). He is broken down in Wall, South Dakota. His SMB won't start. He's having it towed back to Rapid City. The mechanic there said he could not get to his rig until next Tuesday. I told him to think good thoughts so he will still be able to come to the Meet and Greet. Everyone pray that his SMB will be fixed fast, cheap and permanent so he has no more problems on his month-long trip.

On another note, if there are an Amateur Radio Operators (Ham) coming to the Meet and Greet, I will be monitoring my Ham radio on the 146.730 (receiving) repeater in Jackson (146.130 sending). My call sign is KF7WAW. I will be in that area from Wednesday afternoon (July 19th). Give me a call when you are in the area.
