Re: Mono Lake Vacinity

Dave let's plan to meet on Thursday 10/3. We will be heading up and over via 108 and should get up there around noon. An overnight in one of your suggested spots would be nice.

Sounds good but I'll have to check the work schedule. Every hunter at work is taking vacation
and I'll have to see if I can slip in on a weekday. I'll shoot you a PM next week after I see the
vacation board. If it works out I might even go up a day earlier. It's the best time of year IMO.

Re: Mono Lake Vacinity

Been by it a bunch of times but never went to the hot springs themselves.

As a carrot, here are the coordinates for a hot springs spot that I boondocked at:
37.647578°
-118.808022°

Now for the stick. (for non supporters)
If you become a full member of this forum, you have access to a special "members only" sub-forum. I posted a Google Earth KMZ file up there with coordinates to hundreds of hot springs in the western USA. There is other cool information in that sub-forum as well.
