Funny thing about that pic is it's my favorite from that part of the trip and it was taken with my phone. I went to go get my full size camera out of the van and my wife drove away to our camp spot will all my gear. By the time I got back to the spot the clouds covered up the whole valley........Murrphy's Law.....lol

Don't be unset Herb, I've taken thousands of bad photos with my better camera, just happened to get lucky with the phone for once.....lol

We stayed at the campground just inside the entrance. Clean & simple with a great view into the valley. They also have mini cabins overlooking the valley you can stay in.
