New Mexico & Colorado

Just returned from 2 1/2 weeks touring through New Mexico & Colorado. Started at Chaco Canyon then proceeded to Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients, Durango, Florissant Fossil Beds, Bents Old Fort, Capulin volcano, White sands Missile Range Museum and The Space History Museum. Great trip. Got snowed on 3 times and sleet/hailed on a few more. The dry camping at Chaco worked out great. We just toured the loop a couple of times to make sure the batteries were full up. Thanks for everyones help on that topic. The 20 mile road into Chaco was great for the first 16 miles but whoever maintains the last 4 miles failed. However, I understand that that is a GREAT improvement over previous years. BTW Chaco is a must see in my opinion, really amazing. Anyhow, the Sportsmobile performed flawlessly. I can't imagine a more fun way to trave.l
