Incredible!
I've lived an hour and a half away from Prewitt Ridge for 64 years and have never been there... THAT"S gonna change!
Thanks for the motivation and the great trip report!

Re: New Years in Big Sur

Thanks Dave for another GREAT trip report.

You are certainly tops when it comes to putting together and recording these trips. I am always impressed with the nice quiet out-of-the-way spots and your ability to find the trails less traveled.

Thanks again, and If you’re ever looking for a second rig to take along.....! Would love to, bet I could learn a lot.

Re: New Years in Big Sur

Excellent report and pics, thanks for preparing.

Prewitt ridge has been on my 'to-do' list for a long time. Wish it were closer, but then it probably wouldn't be such a secluded place..............

Re: New Years in Big Sur

Fantastic pictures and great write up. Thanks as always for posting it. I think I stayed in the exact same spot as your pictures several years ago. It is still one of my top camping spots of all time.
