October weekend in the Jurassic mountains

24-25 Oct 2009 Camping Switzerland Jura mountains... same area as usual as over here the notion of freedom is all relative... Mainly to test the Swiss build V.2 and the heating system...

4000 ft up the weather is clement no more than 60 degrees Fahrenheit (15 Celsius)

Oztent and awning deployed

Generator running with 100W halogen lamp for cooking and getting the evening ready. The photo doesn't show the darkness realistically...

Night fallen my old fashioned petrol lamp from a british ship works fine, and no "Jenny" noise...

Heating system working but not really needed by 40 degrees Farenheit (5 Celsius)

Viewed with my Swiss cowboy hat

Next day light drizzle and Chevy fake SMB is as dry as a bone not even condensation inside...

Nice views of the rolling Jurassic mountains...

Fake SMB viewed through the pines

V.2 is good but lacks interior water system and cooking... I will be working on these in Swiss Build V.2
