Re: Overland Expo 2009

Here's the body of the email from SportsMobile.
================================================== ====================
We are very happy to announce that Sportsmobile West along with Overland Journal will be sponsors at the OVERLAND EXPO in Prescott, AZ April 24-26, 2009. We thought we would try something different this year in lieu of our rally.

This event will feature Overland Training with Overland enthusiasts from all over the world. In addition to the Expo there will be hands on training along with seminars such as Overland first aid, tire repair, vehicle recovery, videography and photography, journaling and more.

The Expo is open to the public and all outdoor enthusiasts. Although we are sponsors of this event, we are not the organizers so all questions and registration details need to be directed to roseann@ovexpo.com.

Roseann Hanson, director, Overland Expo

520.591-1410

Donít delay - pricing will go up after February 28 and itís filling fast.
================================================== ======================

There is a PDF file attached to the email that is basicly the brochure for the event. I have no idea on how to attach that here. I'm sure someone else does.

Here is their website:

Alan Feld told me that they hoped to attend at least part of the time but that they have a prior commitment at the same time.

Re: Overland Expo 2009

I just sent off the check yesterday. Now I just need to decide if I'm gonna bring the SMB or the VW. Currently I'm leaning towards bringing the VW just to "stand out" from the crowd a little. My VW is a bright orange metallic. Either way I hope to meet some of you there.
