Pan American Highway

My wife and I just picked up our 2014 SMB in Fresno. We just quit our jobs and we are going to drive from San Francisco to Argentina following the Pan American Highway (Blog at travelingtheamericas.com). We are spending October in Death Valley, AZ and Utah. Baja in Nov through January. Would love to meet up with others. We plan on being full time in our Rig until early 2016[photo][/photo]

Re: Pan American Highway

Congrats. I noticed your post to the Pan-Am group on FB and started following you there. We were planning on leaving this year but... spring of 2015 is now our drop dead launch date. We will hit Expo West then go North and turn around in Alaska.

There is probably no chance we'll catch you as we are planning to go as slow as our bank account allows, hopefully 4-5 years, but we fully expect you guys to "Come Visit Us" for a vacation after you've rejoined society .

Be sure to update your signature to include your website.

-John

Re: Pan American Highway

The original owners of my van did what you're doing.

We need an emoticon for extreme jealousy. For now, will have to do.

Good luck, and "pics or it didn't happen!"

Noticed you found Echo. Great spot. Lots of good places in DV to check out. Good luck on your adventure and hope you pop in a few pics here now and then.
