That is a good guide to the Moab area campgrounds, but it doesn't tell which are the really good ones or not. Although they are mostly scenic. One of our favorites that we send friends to is out at Ken's Lake. About 10 miles south of town.

Thanks for all the advice. We camped at Kens Lake and it was great. Had an awesome trip spotted 10 plus SMB's around Moab

If you had to do that your arms would get tired. The amount of cool vans, RVs, etc in Moab these days is astonishing.

Yup.....right after the sand flats road bail-out......a nice long rough rocky section.

Where did you start the Ride? Burro? hazard? Kokopelli? Sand Flats road?

We did it old school from Sand Flats. All the shuttle companies were only going to Burro. Some in our group weren't up for the whole enchilada.
