I will be ordering the SMB T-shirts in about a week. If you've told me you are coming to the meet and greet, I sent you an email asking for your personal information and shirt sizes. I have not heard back yet from the following confirmed attendees:

DerPo
Nick
TeamRD
JJSporty
Driveabout
tonytran
bemerritt
yakhlr

I will need your information and shirt sizes by the end of the week please.

Here is the list of those who have told me they are coming:

macmcintire
DerPo
gooseberry
MKRyan
DesertSMB
daveb & doubled
Bettyford
Nick
TeamRD
Fitz
yvrr
dig255
JJSporty
calclimber
Driveabout
tonytran
TexGx
KTMRider
bemerritt

If anyone else is coming, please let me know. Or you can just show up if you want any time October 13th through the 16th. You just won't get a SMB T-shirt, unless Alan from Sportsmobile West throws in some extras.

I'm looking forward to seeing some old friends and meeting new ones.

Herb
Herb,

You can come, even though you don't have a SMB. We don't discriminate!

Mac

Mac, one thing I've never experienced with this group is feeling excluded, even after selling my SMB. Unfortunately, between a couple of long business trips and a camping trip with my son, my availability, not to mention my wife's tolerance level, is just about maxed out. It does sounds like a great get-together, and would make for a great kickoff to a longer trip.

I do expect a lot of pictures from all attendees posted on this forum.

No plans. Last time Angel coordinated an extemporaneous pot luck dinner on Saturday night. Some people may not arrive until late on Friday, so having a shared meal that night probably won't work. The majority of people are actually arriving on Thursday, but they may be out and about exploring on Friday. I've found it's best to be unplanned and flexible at SMB meet and greets. That's what's so nice about them. Everyone usually just likes to sit around and chat.

Sorry, I can't help myself and need to share food, it's the Nurturing Mother built in me. So on that note I will on Saturday have my signature drink I've title SMB (sangria margarita bomb) involving sangria, margarita mix, Sprite, ice and a splash of tequila. Also something sweet and yummy in the Dutch oven. Seriously no pressure for anyone else to plan or coordinate a meal. Looking at my post I'm wondering what wrong with me that I lean toward booze and sweets, oh well, that's the way I roll.
