Aparently, I'm a long ways from Baja at the moment. With the temps hovering around 0deg's F, you can't have too much insulation, so I stopped by the local hardware store to see what they had, and came away with a piece of 4 x 8 expanded poly intending to cut it up into smaller pieces. Instead, I discovered it fit perfectly under my poptop with no modifications. It definately helped.

That looks like a custom fit! Curious - did you have to raise the top to put it in place, or just tuck it in?

It gave a bit of a fight, and I did raise the top, but it's flexible enough that I was able to get it in pretty easily, then I closed the top on it. I was afraid it might not close all the way, but it did. Amusingly, I put the top up in 0deg weather in the Homedepo parking lot and thought I might get a look or two, and within 30 seconds a truck stopped to eyeball the van for a full minute.

And, I'm just going to leave this here because, who doesn't love a 28in lift on 46's?
