weekend get aways colorado mountain areas summer 2016

If anyone anyone is interested, I am planning on weekend trips in the colorado mountain areas, I am an avid hiker/mtn biker, and would enjoy meeting up with people that can do the same or anything outdoors on the weekends

Please post me if you are heading up to the mountains or where ever over the summer.

hopefully not derailing this tread.....

In Moab now......if anyone wants to ride MTB or Motos in the area, please let me know.

I'm planning on sticking around for a few more days...already rode Porcupine rim/Enchilida on MTB and rode Fins 'n things, Hell's Revenge and Slickrock on the motorcycle....

I am thinking Animas Forks this coming long weekend. Probably gonna be jammed with ATVs, but I will probably take the SMB up into the basins beyond and just wander around aimlessly from there. The roads are busy during the day, but everyone retreats down lower to their cozy rolling houses for dinner. I usually have the basins to myself in the evenings because 1) my home can get there; 2) people are wussies and need the comforts of their rolling houses; and 3) it's cold at night and high altitude.

Hopefully I can get up there without rolling this beasty...
